Golden: Aging In The Top of The South

Hosted by Breffni O'Rourke, this show is for you if you are likely to age, you care about someone who is aging or you are looking for a fresh perspective on your own aging.

Topics Golden covers include: working after 65, being the last person on the island (when your family are overseas or out of town), when the child becomes the parent, how much money you need to retire, technology (scams, upgrades and staying connected), loneliness and  isolation, love, sex and intimacy as we age, facing the tough stuff (ill health and dying) and much more.

Golden also introduces you to some Superstars of Aging - locals who inspire through their own aging.

Become part of the Golden conversation by emailing your topics ideas and feedback to goldentopofthesouth@gmail.com or by following us on Facebook or Instagram: @GoldeninNZ

Golden airs on FreshFM at 1.00pm every Friday with a new episode every fortnight.
